Promote a safe and secure environment by remaining alert to overnight safety needs and offering a calm, supportive presence throughout the night. Guide adolescents through evening routines and coping strategies.
Age: 21+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED is required; associate’s or bachelor’s in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field preferred.
As a Night Watch, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents aged 12-17 on their path to improved mental health and well-being. Every day, you will be the attentive and supportive presence available to our teens around the clock. Whether they're dealing with homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.
Responsibilities

- →Proactively respond to emotional or behavioral challenges, helping clients feel supported and grounded.
- →Support a welcoming and clean space by completing routine cleaning tasks and facility upkeep each night.
- →Document progress notes daily and communicate important updates to the Program Director and clinical team to ensure seamless support and coordination of care.
