We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Perform the general duties of a Facilities team member to support various processes within the facility. Responsible for the daily execution of tasks prioritized to meet the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities
~1 min readSupport Maintenance Tech and Electrical Tech as need for daily operations and maintenance.
Support team with vendor management as needed i.e. escorts, permit paperwork, setting to work instructions.
Provide spotter support for lift operations as needed.
Smash down trash containers to make ready for pick up by hauler.
Water gravel lot as needed.
Perform general preventative maintenance to include but not limited to filter changes, changing light bulbs, cleaning condensers, etc.

Licenses/Certifications
Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus

· Ability to calculate simple addition and subtraction

· Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts etc. in a safe and efficient manner.

While performing the duty of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste or smell 100% of the time. Talk and hear 100% of the time. The employee must lift 10 to 50 pounds more than 1/3 of the time and no lifting of heavier pounds. Employees are required to work at heights. No special vision requirements for this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, and heat seasonally. The noise level can range from moderate to very loud (forklift horns).
