The Materials Coordinator supports Endeavor Air Technical Operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient procurement and shipment of materials needed to rectify aircraft on the ground (AOG) situations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Ensure delivery of materials to all maintenance bases and outstations for unscheduled maintenance.
- →Facilitate the transfer and shipping of AOG materials needed to rectify an AOG situation.
- →Procure materials as needed to rectify AOG situations.
- →Notify relevant parties of materials movement.
- →Coordinate with the parts/shipping department on parts transfers.
- →Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- →Coordinate with couriers to set up and monitor shipments.

Requirements
~1 min read- College degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar technical field preferred.
- Knowledge in functional areas of purchasing, inventory control, and Supply Chain preferred.
- Familiarity with checking available inventory and creating purchase orders with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software preferred.
- Professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
- Repetitive motion such as: typing.
- Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
- The AOG (Materials) Services Department operates 24/7/365, we conduct shift bids twice per year, shifts are awarded based on seniority, Materials Coordinators are expected to be able to work any shift.
- Ability to work additional overtime hours as needed.
- Fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
