As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and thoughtfully track and document each child's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative, play-based learning activities that promote children's development and growth
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
  • Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones
  • Foster a warm, inclusive classroom where children and colleagues alike love to be

Requirements

  • WA State ECE Certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or childcare setting
  • Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with families and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education
