Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of Endeavor’s organic social media presence, while maintaining brand standards.
  • Monitor social channels daily and manage responses.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Manager, leadership, and school teams to source, edit, and publish engaging content.
  • Schedule, edit, and publish 2-3 weekly organic social media posts across platforms.
  • Partner with the Senior Content Manager to develop, launch, and manage Endeavor’s internal corporate communications strategy and content calendar.
  • Develop and publish corporate communications posts 2–3 times per week, partnering with leadership and school teams to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Manage the internal social media channel by collecting, organizing, and sharing updates from over 100 school locations on a consistent schedule.
  • Fulfill website edit requests from school teams, including updating landing pages and related Facebook events.
  • Manage Google My Business listings as part of broader local digital presence efforts.
  • Monitor online review trends and identify trends to support reputation strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly review reports for dashboards and presentations.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-priority reviews when appropriate.
  • Coordinate promotional item orders for schools, including request processing, vendor communication, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
  • Review incoming tickets daily, complete creative briefs, and route appropriately.
  • Track open tickets and ensure resolution within 48 hours.
  • Lead weekly ticket review meetings and provide regular reporting on open, pending, and closed requests.
  • Monitor, organize, and file marketing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support ad hoc requests across collateral production, sponsorships, facilities, curriculum changes, website overhauls, and PR as needed.
  • Serve as a reliable, proactive partner to school teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a social media, marketing coordinator, or similar marketing role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media calendars and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, or similar).
  • Experience with CMS platforms for basic website updates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with light data entry, invoice tracking, and operational admin tasks.
  • Professional communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk, Airtable, or similar project/ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Birdeye or other reputation management platforms.
  • Experience with Bill.com or similar accounts payable workflows.
  • Background in multi-location brands, franchises, or school/education environments.
  • Comfort with Facebook Business Manager and Google My Business.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and document multiple projects under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
