• →Analyze land readings, contract specifications and industry regulations to model project layouts for one or more project sites in a division.
• →Conduct topographic and cross-section surveys to support planning, design, materials and cost projections for the project management team.
• →Assist in the evaluation of potential dimensions and other field problems.
• →Assist with conducting quantity calculations as required.

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in survey and land mapping required.
• License Surveyor In Training (LSIT) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Expert knowledge of topographic and cross-section surveys to support planning, design, materials and cost projections for the project site.
• Strong communication skills, proven with engineering teams and management on project sites.
• Expert technical skill with survey instruments and Company-prescribed programs and testing.
