Responsibilities
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented Modeler to apply constructability and detailing principles in developing accurate construction models and shop drawings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality execution, address constructability challenges, and support efficient project delivery.
- →Interpret design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards
- →Develop and maintain accurate Tekla models and connections aligned with design intent

Perform model constructability reviews

Collaborate with design teams and contractors to develop engineering solutions
- →Create shop drawings and erection sheets
- →Develop custom reports and drawing templates as needed
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field required
- 7+ minimum prior years experience with 5+ prior years experience in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working with design teams for a variety of building or project types
- Strong client-service attitude with ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple priorities
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
