Join our team as a Grants Support Specialist and support the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) by providing technical, analytical, and administrative assistance to the Office of Library Services (OLS) and the Office of Museum Services (OMS) across the complete grant lifecycle. You will process grant applications, monitor awards, manage data within the Electronic Grants Management System (eGMS), and prepare reporting and correspondence in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and IMLS procedural guidance, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant grant administration support from pre-award through closeout.
