FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Policy Analyst, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of agency policy — researching and drafting new federal policies and procedures, reviewing existing policies for regulatory compliance, engaging stakeholders across the agency, analyzing policy impacts and cost-benefit tradeoffs, and monitoring implementation effectiveness, all while ensuring CSOSA's policies are clear, current, and aligned with its public safety mission.
