Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
- →Carry out personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams
- →Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills
- →Foster engagement, motivation, and a positive experience for every patient
- →Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomes
- →Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (AOTA/ACOTE standards)
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
