This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for ongoing patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions that contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.

Responsibilities
~2 min readPerforms all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Requirements
~1 min readHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Current BLS certification. Current C.N.A. license in state of practice may be required in certain facilities and/or departments in accordance with regulatory requirements or facility/department policy. Depending on department assignment, completion of unit approved basic electrocardiogram or electroencephalographic interpretation course or on the job training and a minimum passing score of 85% on ECG or EEG test, with accurate identification of all lethal cardiac dysrhythmias or epileptiform activity.
Must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as effective human relations and communication skills.
Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy and keyboarding skills is required.
Recent healthcare experience preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
