Cardroom Server (Located in Sacramento, in Northern, CA)

→A successful server will be fully knowledgeable of the menu so they can inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations when needed.

→Servers are expected to write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.

→Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.

→Servers should expect to roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift, buss tables when needed after customers have finished dining.

→Servers should be able to build a positive rapport with our guests.

→Servers should have the ability to work with a team and portray an upbeat attitude during shift.

→Serving knowledge is a plus but what is more important is a commitment to yourself to be as good as you possibly can at displaying a positive, can-do attitude.

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• GAMING SERVERS and BARTENDERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.

Physical and mental requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
• Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
• Position may require exposure to excessive noise, exposure to dust, gas, flames, chemicals, exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
