Laborers

Assist the manufacturing facility including all departments to ensure constant production flow, while keeping a clean working environment.

• →Laborers are plant wide and work in all departments and areas of the manufacturing facility
• →Laborers are responsible for stacking material on tables
• →Feeding matieral to machine operators as needed
• →Palletizing material, painting, cleaning machinery and general clearning as needed
• →Will assist operators on the production line to ensure production flow wherever needed
• →Operate a pneumatic strapping gun
• →Load trays of material for the heat treating process
• →Operate heat treating loading equipment
• →Other duties as assigned

High school graduate.  Must to be able to work any shift in a union environment.  Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.  Works with and follows one or more Work Instructions, Basic Rules of Manufacturing, General Dynamics OTS Environmental, and other work related policies.  Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to learn and adapt to different working environments where and when needed.
