Manufacturing Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
• Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop technical understanding of bio‑manufacturing processes

• Less than 10%
