• →Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing tailored plumbing solutions and professional recommendations
• →Conduct in-home assessments, explain service options, generate estimates, and effectively close sales opportunities
• →Evaluate plumbing systems and develop project estimates based on job specifications, customer needs, and local plumbing codes
• →Partner with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
• →Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
• →Follow up on leads and referrals to contribute to departmental growth
• →Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, communication, and customer service

• →5+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong technical abilities
• →Residential sales or customer-facing experience within the plumbing or home services industry
• →Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• →Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and applicable local codes
• →Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• →Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• →Customer-first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information and recommendations
