The Intern will focus on these areas: Supports the Assistant Product Manager, New Product, with sales materials, including copywriting, internal and external comp titles, system inputs, execution, and communication.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supports the Assistant Product Manager, New Product, with sales materials, including copywriting, internal and external comp titles, system inputs, execution, and communication.
- →Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure the timely development, presentation, communication, and implementation of plans as per seasonal work-back schedules.
- →Contributes to the creation and execution of digital advertising assets.
- →Manages asset development for marketing materials and sales collateral.
- →Works closely with the promotions team and cross-functional groups to develop and execute marketing plans and creative strategies to achieve objectives and ROI.
- →Prepares author communications and marketing plans.
- →Conducts trend investigation projects to inform publishing strategies and identify areas of opportunity.
- →Handles cover tracking, data entry, and promotional nominations.
- →Assists with seasonal processes, including Trello card setup and slide presentation creation and population.
- →Reviews acquisitions and engages in publishing team product discussions.
Requirements

- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate solid follow-through.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of organization and record-keeping.
- High degree of initiative and independence, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaboration, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including a basic understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a love of books are a must.
