→Accurately enter required information(non-clinical and structured clinical data) into the computer database.
→Answer phone calls from Physician offices, hospitals and patients using exemplary customer service skills.

A complete knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of people is essential and normally acquired with six months of office experience.
