Senior Software Engineer (Care Solutions Bengaluru) 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team based out of Bengaluru, focusing on developing and maintaining code for GuidingCare while supporting integration features with Wellframe, collectively known as Care Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Microsoft platforms, and experience in integrating diverse systems. This role requires a blend of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• System/Application Analysis: Design and implement innovative solutions for Care Solutions integration. Leverage agentic AI tools to enhance solution design and accelerate development cycles. 

• Data Management: Model, Analyze, and manage large volumes of data. 

• Code Quality: Write optimized, well-documented code, and debug existing source code. Utilize AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve code quality and productivity. 

• Development: Develop user interfaces, databases, and client displays for integration features. 

• Technical Design: Lead technical design documentation and develop complex application features. 

• Testing: Build and execute unit test cases, and test products in controlled, real situations before going live. 

• Innovation: Develop high-value technology solutions to streamline processes. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration between GuidingCare and Wellframe. 

• Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standard. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Experience: 5-8 years of related experience. 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

Technical Skills: 

• Microsoft platform (ASP.NET, MVC, C#, T-SQL) 

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or  GCP) 

• MVC architecture, HTML5, Web Services/SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, Web APIs 

• JavaScript and Client-side technologies (Angular, React orVue.js) 

• SQL Server, relational databases, SQL Queries 

• Versioning tools (GIT) 

• Message queues (Kafka) 

• Kubernetes and containerization 

• Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for development, debugging, and problem-solving

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes 

• Leadership: Previous experience mentoring or leading developers 

• Community Involvement: Active in open-source projects or tech communities 

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with GCP, AWS or  Azure 

• Experience building or integrating agentic AI workflows into applications 

• Experience in building SaaS based platform is a bonus 

• Experience Java and Spring Boot 

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
