HVAC Service Technician - Maintenance

Overview

"Responsibilties:Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as neededTest HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipmentInstall, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systemsIdentify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiencyKeep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systemsComply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

Qualifications: 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimumBasic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety proceduresExperience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventorySales and Customer Service Experience requiredMust pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screenSuperb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliablePhysical dexterity
