A Key Account Specialist is responsible for leading sales growth by strategically demonstrating their relationship with impactful distributors. In this role, they will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, identifying business opportunities as well as working to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions.

 

This role will also provide business insight to all other departments in the company, presenting on relevant insights about the Distributor business and drivers to enhance the overall member experience.

 

 

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your fingerprints are on the growth of the business every single day. You will be a trusted partner — both internally and externally — and a key driver of market expansion across the state of Texas.

  • Travel frequently up to 50% of the year to support regional sales growth efforts.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-performing and impactful Distributors.
  • Use data analytics to identify business opportunities for key accounts and make strategy recommendations.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all key accounts, anticipating their needs and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Understand key account’s business goals and challenges and align our offerings to enhance ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver account plans, forecasts, and performance reports to internal and external partners.
  • Resolve Distributor issues and complaints quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer satisfaction scores, and retention rates.
  • Maintain constant communication and build strategic partnerships with distributors to understand member trends, DMOs, independent promotions and trainings.
  • Attend Distributor-led and corporate training events.
  • Visit member offices and nutrition clubs to better understand volume trends and distributor business behavior.
  • Must be flexible to work on weekends and/or extended hours as needed by the business.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

•    Communicate effectively with executives, upper management, cross-functional departments and team members •    Must have strong analytical skills and demonstrate passion for achieving goals   •    Strong work ethic•    Demonstrated team leadership abilities, problem solver and stress tolerant•    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment •    Strong self-discipline and with a great teammate disposition•    Must be able to work with different personalities•    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) •    Proficiency in software tools, such as, Canva, Teams, Zoom, Telegram and WhatsApp

 

Experience:

 

•    2 years in a related field (sales, sales support, sales training, sales analysis, business development, account management, strategy development) to include:•    2 years in field sales.•    2 years in territory management (budget and tools) and distributor(s) performance management.•    Experience building and maintaining professional relationships and strong partnerships across all management levels to include distributor management and territory management.•    Demonstrated experience in sales analysis and strategy development.

 

Education:•    Bachelor degree•    May consider candidates with an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
