• →Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and equipment
• →Install and service water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing components
• →Perform drain cleaning, drain repairs, and drain installations
• →Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
• →Maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members
• →Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes
• →Accurately document work performed and customer recommendations
• →Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience
• Experience with residential plumbing systems and drain installations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
• Comfortable working in various weather and jobsite conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
