MEP Plumbing Design Technician

Our Orlando office is looking for a Plumbing Designer with 3+ years of experience in Plumbing/Fire Protection to join our team.

The person hired for this role will be responsible for using computer drafting techniques to generate plans, construction drawings, and other details associated with a variety of projects types. 

• →Designing plumbing systems including all associated details, risers, isometrics, and specifications.
• →Perform system design calculations and equipment selections. 
• →Laying out plumbing systems including but not limited to sanitary, grease, domestic water, and fire sprinklers. 
• →Writes studies and reports for plumbing systems when needed on projects. 

• High school diploma or better
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge and experience with Revit. 
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and manage work flow
