From construction management and observation/inspection services to laboratory testing and materials and forensic engineering, our Construction Services market helps to develop and maintain America's infrastructure and supply chain and is a recognized industry leader with more than 25 accredited laboratories. 

Responsibilities

→Performing testing on concrete, soil, and other construction materials in accordance with applicable standard test methods

→Reporting verification of conformance to approved plans and specifications

→Communicating effectively with clients, supervisors, technicians, and other design professionals

→Maintenance of Kleinfelder's local lab accreditations

→Perform field observations and testing on materials testing projects to verify conformance to the construction plans and specifications.

→Submitting daily field reports and data reports summarizing daily activities.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of laboratory experience in CoMET or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass drug test

Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintain composure, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to use a company provided laptop or iPad and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Authorization to work in the United States

Bend and lift up-to 50 pounds (22.68 kg) repetitively and over 50 pounds (22.68 kg) using handling equipment (hand truck, etc.)
