Job Title:  Production Administrator

Location:  Brooklyn Park, MN

Comp:  $25-30/hour

 

The purpose of the position is to support the Microelectronics Production department production processes. The Production Administrator’s primary role will be to support efficient and effective production activities through data management, schedule updates and communication with all involved teams.

Responsibilities

  • Entering and recording of contractor time sheets.
  • Assist with contractor recruiting and record keeping activities.
  • Managing fabrication drawing releases and completions.
  • Keeping all production MS Project schedules up to date.
  • Resolve missing parts issues.
  • Assist with parts ordering and tracking.
  • Manage production inspection activities and tracking.
  • Assists with daily/weekly production progress reporting.
  • Work with personnel from other department to help ensure production efficient production.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a related field or a combination of related education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
  • 2 years’ experience with MS Project.
  • Strong computer knowledge; skilled and experienced in MS Office Applications
