Job Title: Kids Suite Attendant
Reports to: Front Office Manager and Guest Experience Team

As a Kids Suite Attendant at Lazure Hotel & Marina, you will help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our youngest guests and their families. Your role is to ensure that children enjoy their time in the Kids Suite through positive interaction, care, creativity, and attention to detail, while supporting the overall guest experience in line with Lazure’s luxury hospitality standards.

We are looking for a kind, responsible, and energetic person who enjoys working with children and creating a pleasant atmosphere for families. Previous experience is an advantage, but not a requirement — personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are most important. Candidates from Herceg Novi and the surrounding area are especially welcome to apply.

• →Welcome children and families to the Kids Suite in a friendly and professional manner.
• →Supervise children during their stay in the Kids Suite and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• →Organize simple creative, educational, and entertainment activities appropriate for different age groups.
• →Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within the Kids Suite area.
• →Ensure toys, materials, and equipment are used responsibly and stored properly.
• →Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues regarding children’s needs and daily activities.
• →Support the Guest Experience and Front Office teams in creating memorable family experiences.
• →Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and child supervision procedures.

• Positive, friendly, and patient personality with a genuine love for working with children.
• Responsible, caring, and attentive approach to guest service.
• Previous experience working with children, in hospitality, animation, education, or similar fields is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic hotel environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
