Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs
- →Integrate schedules across portfolios in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool
- →Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- →Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
- →Identify and analyze the critical path.
- →Perform schedule analysis of progress against the baseline plan.
- →Perform “what if” scenarios within the schedules.
- →Attend program/project meetings to discuss and review schedules.
Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or information management
- 3-8 years of experience in scheduling.
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Target salary range: $90,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
