Bilingualism is required as this is a collaborative role at the national level and the candidate will be handling and following up on various requests from clients and third parties who only understand and communicate in English. This position also requires the candidate to be able to interact seamlessly with colleagues in our offices across Canada, where English is the predominant language. As we estimate that more than 60% of the work required for this position must be performed in English, and in order to ensure that the employee in this position can perform their duties autonomously and effectively, candidates for this position must be able to communicate appropriately in French and English both orally and in writing.
We are recruiting for a Bilingual Analyst, Benefits & Payroll to join our team in our office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, and/or HR analytics, preferably in a professional services environment and will be responsible for providing critical support to our Total Rewards team, focusing on benefits administration, payroll analytics, and advanced reporting using Workday and Excel. What We Offer
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, and/or HR analytics, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data visualization, etc.).
- Experience with Workday payroll and benefits modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates the qualities of a self-starter and the ability to take initiative to identify process improvements, manage issues, and resolve roadblocks independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll and benefits legislation.
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
