NACG is looking for a Journeyperson Welder to work at our Acheson Shop location. This is your opportunity to join one of the safest and largest contracts in the region. For this role, NACG offers a combined gross rate of up to $59.90/hour as well as room for growth!
- Location: Acheson
- Schedule: 7 x 7, 11.5 hour, rotating days and nights (week of days, week off, week of nights, week off)
- Hourly Rate: Between $ 50.37 to $53.37/hour.
- Overtime: After 44 hours in a week or designated day off

- Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay allocated to each paycheck

- →Teach and evaluate apprentices
- →Follow NACG codes of practice and safety procedures
Requirements
~1 min read- 1-2 years experience working on heavy equipment (CAT/Hitachi/Komatsu)
- Journeyperson Welder ticket
- First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivated
- Willingness to learn
- Show leadership skills
