Shop Labourer

We are looking for a labourer to join the NACG team at our head office in Acheson. The labourer will be responsible to help both in the shop and in the yard.

• →Keeping the shop and yard clean.
• →Steam cleaning equipment for repair in shop.
• →Painting equipment after major rebuilds in the paint bay.
• →Snow removal around shop and front parking lot (seasonal).
• →Operating fork trucks for moving parts and other items, around the shop and yard.
• →Operating company vehicles to pick up parts and move items around the yard and between sites.
• →Interacting with shop employees and becoming a part of a maintenance team.
• →Ensure compliance to all company, client and legislated safety policies and procedures. 
• →Using adequate and suitable safety equipment, including PPE. PPE is supplied, readily accessible, properly using it and maintaining it.
• →Reviewing safe work plans/ hazard assessment with prior to job commencement.

• Operate forklift, skid steers, small loaders
• Must have previous labourer experience (preferably in the oil/gas sector)
• Must have valid class 5 driver's license
• Demonstrate safety at all times
• Standard first aid course
• Experience around heavy equipment is an asset
