Post Closing Specialist

• →Performs post audit review of secondary market loans based upon regulatory agency and investor requirements.
• →Prepares files for other audits of secondary market loans.
• →Disbursement of all residential mortgage loans.
• →Reconciliation of all HUD/Settlement Statements with FICS.
• →Mailing customer survey letters.
• →Coordinating trailing documents to outside investors
• →Reviewing all mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist.
• →Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans, and investor guidelines.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Prior experience and proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years’ experience in this field of work is preferred.
