Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely fashion. Your work will contribute to the financial stability of our organization, ensuring resources are optimized to provide the best care for our residents.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
- →Interact with residents, families, and external partners to address billing inquiries and provide clear, empathetic explanations when needed
- →Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- →Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency

Requirements

- Familiarity with healthcare billing practices, regulations, and relevant software applications (e.g. billing systems, Microsoft Excel)

- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Deadline driven, detail-oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
