The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week.

We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

- →Answers questions.
- →Gives tours.
- →Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred.
- Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
- Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
- Intermediate computer skills required.
