Position: Dental Hygienist📍 Location: Bedford, VA💼 Full-Time 3-4 day work week | 💲starting at $46.00/hr with opportunity for profit sharing(bonus)

• →Leading the comprehensive preventive care appointment focused on oral and periodontal health, dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy, oral cancer screening, advanced diagnostic imaging, patient education, and preventive oral treatments.
• →Deliver comprehensive preventive care appointments, including dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, oral health assessments, and diagnostic imaging (radiographs and advanced imaging 
• →Educate and engage patients on oral health, home care, and long-term disease prevention
• →Provide fluoride therapy and adjunctive preventive treatments as part of each patient’s individualized needs 
• →Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in patient records 
• →Collaborate closely with doctors and broader team members to support comprehensive and patient-centered care
• →Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in alignment with and surpass OSHA and HIPAA standards
• →Ensure proper instrument sterilization and operatory readiness
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment 
• →Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, with accountability and a focus on building strong relationships with patients and team members

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or the successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene.State license required.
