Responsibilities
~1 min read• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care using accepted clinical and radiographic techniques• Serve as clinical leader for the practice, supporting quality care and team development• Develop and present treatment plans focused on long-term oral health outcomes• Deliver care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment• Mentor and support clinical team members as needed• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment• Ensure adherence to all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board standards, and practice policies
