Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a mechanically-inclined and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the hard chrome plating process to ensure our customers receive a quality part. 

When You’ll Work:Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am

What You’ll Make:$20.75 to $24.00 / hour *Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.

What You’ll Do: - Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes- Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools- Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers- Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping - Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
