→Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute mental and behavioral health needs in an inpatient setting
→Observe, monitor, and document patient behavior, mental status, and safety risks
→Administer medications as ordered and monitor for side effects
→Assist with crisis intervention and de‑escalation to promote unit safety
→Support admissions, discharges, and transfers, including patient education
→Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
→Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation per policy and regulations
