Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.
- →Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
- →Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
- →Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- →Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
- →Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- →Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
- →Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
- →Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
