• →Analyze existing financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. 

• →Partner with Finance, Operations, and BI teams to define requirements for new tools and process improvements. 

• →Lead or support implementation projects (e.g., billing automation, subscription management systems, CRM or ERP integrations). 

• →Support the implementation of a new billing system, partnering closely with the Finance Director to help lead the project. 

• →Document business processes, workflows, and dependencies across finance operations. 

• →Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation. 

• →Partner with BI team to maintain and scale performance dashboards and KPIs for financial and operational metrics. 

• →Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication. 

• →Support data quality initiatives, including data clean-up for month-end close. 

• →Assist in developing scalable workflows and controls to support growth. 

• →Conduct business case analysis for new tools or process enhancements.
