Cleaner

• →Cleaning and disinfect every day all work surfaces and floors and paintwork in the designated areas
• →Dusting, vacuuming and mopping general flooring throughout the site
• →To carry out regular clearance of waste bins as required within the designated working areas.
• →Carrying out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the site
• →Ensuring that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures
• →Reporting all accidents and incidents as appropriate

• General experience of cleaning
• Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly
• Knowledge of Health & Safety best practises
• Awareness of COSHH regulations
• Takes initiative and works reliably
• Candidates need a good working level of spoken and written English to carry out cleaning duties safely and to communicate with clients and the management team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
