Estimator

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team. This is a full-time position that has an hourly pay range between $25.00-$30.00, depending on experience with opportunity for a monthly bonus.

• →Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• →Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• →Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
• →Follow established billing and collections procedures.

• Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
• Insurance claims experience is required.
• Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Driver’s License.
