Responsibilities

- →Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization
- →Process applications and carry out interviews for talent both for external and IH openings
- →Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results.
- →Analyze ROI on various sourcing channels and activities to inform future action plans.
- →Deliver against set recruitment KPIs
- →Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs
Requirements

- Proficient in EN
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- 3 - 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
- knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic
- Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive and flexible approach, reliable and systematic
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with data, analyze it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.
