Responsibilities
~1 min readJoin Sazerac as a Customer Service Representative supporting our Canada business. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving order-related issues, and supporting uninterrupted product flow in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering best-in-class customer support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer account information
- → Partner with internal teams and distributors to resolve order and shipment issues
- → Support uninterrupted product flow by coordinating closely with operations and supply chain teams
- → Deliver responsive, professional customer service to both external and internal partners
- → Maintain accurate records and assist with process improvements to enhance service levels
Requirements
~1 min read- Cegep diploma (DEC) or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, operations, or a fast-paced business environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate (written and spoken) in both French & English)
- Ability to work full-time onsite
- Can legally work in Canada
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or order management systems
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, or related industries
- Strong analytical and customer relationship management skills
Requirements

- Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment
- Ability to work standard 8-hour shifts
