Berry Street Yooralla is seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Manager, Bridges to lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of our Bridges portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving innovation in disability-informed practice, and strengthening partnerships across child and family services, health, education and government sectors.
The Bridges Program is a specialist, community - based allied health initiative that supports children with disabilities and complex needs alongside their families and carers. You will play a key role in positioning Berry Street Yooralla as a leader in integrated, disability-informed practice, improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and compliant Bridges services across all streams.
- Drive the growth, sustainability and impact of the Bridges portfolio.
- Strengthen referral pathways and integrated service responses across sectors.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government, community and sector stakeholders.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement of disability-informed service models.
- Provide strategic leadership, workforce support and performance oversight.
You are a collaborative and strategic leader with strong sector experience and a passion for improving outcomes for people with disability.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in disability, allied health or community services.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, functional assessment and person-centred approaches.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading in complex, regulated service environments and driving change.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, human rights and culturally safe practice.
- Bachelor level qualification in Allied Health or a related field.
