Responsibilities

~1 min read- Minimum requirements: Proficiency in EPIC or equivalent electronic health record system.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple patients across different treatment stages.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to interface with physicians, patients, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical support teams.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a clinical coordinator, patient navigator, or oncology direct patient care or support role.
- Demonstrated experience with insurance verification, coordination or prior authorization and benefits verification.
- Authorization experience with oncology biologics or specialty drugs (and amenable to training).
- Experience with manufacturer patient assistance programs.
- Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT coding for oncology and nuclear medicine services and amenable to training.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
