• →Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of occupational therapy.
• →Help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.  Understand their current medical and emotional situations..
• →Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• →Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• →Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• →Provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
• →Document progress notes accurately and on time.
• →Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting. 
• →Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
• →Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
