Mosquito Technician

The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience.  This position is on-site and reports to our Round Rock, Texas (78665) branch.

• →Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and training
• →Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties
• →Follow daily routes and service schedules assigned
• →Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questions
• →Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time
• →Conduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards
• →Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.  
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attic and tight spaces
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
