Titan Machinery is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to serve as the organization’s senior-most IT leader—driving enterprise-wide strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. This role sits at the executive table and plays a critical part in shaping the future of our business through technology.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Set the Vision: Establish and execute a forward-looking IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- →Lead the Organization: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing IT leadership team and department
- →Drive Transformation: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including system upgrades, platform migrations, and digital transformation efforts
- →Advise at the Highest Level: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board on technology strategy, risk, and investment priorities
- →Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, databases, and end-user support with a focus on reliability and scalability
- →Own Cybersecurity & Risk: Lead enterprise cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and business continuity planning
- →Maximize Business Value: Identify and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation
- →Oversee Financials: Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to ensure strong ROI and cost optimization
- →Support Growth: Lead IT integration efforts for acquisitions and ensure seamless onboarding of new locations and systems
- →Establish Governance: Implement IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- Demonstrated experience leading IT teams within a multi-location, enterprise-scale organization
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at the executive level
- Track record of building and developing high-performing IT organizations
- Proven experience with budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract oversight
- Exceptional communication skills; able to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to travel as necessary and work flexible hours
