• Supervise dogs during group play and daycare activities
• Help provide appropriate exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation
• Monitor dog interactions and body language to maintain a safe environment
• Recognize changes in behavior and respond appropriately
• Think quickly and calmly when stressful situations arise
• Help maintain clean, comfortable, and organized play and care areas
• Support safe use of pools, playground equipment, decks, and other campus areas
• Remain attentive and engaged while supervising dogs for extended periods
• Communicate effectively with teammates and help create a positive environment
• Provide friendly customer service when interacting with pet owners

• Previous experience in a doggy daycare and/or equine and barn setting is required
• Knowledge and understanding of dog body language
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in stressful situations
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to perform the lifting and physical activity required in an active animal-care environment
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Friendly, dependable, team-oriented attitude
• Comfort working outdoors and in an active environment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive experience for every dog
• Customer service skills are a plus

This isn’t a job where you’ll spend your day behind a desk. You’ll be moving, observing, interacting, and helping dogs get the physical activity and social enrichment they need.
