• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments and process invoices
• Review estimates with clients and answer appropriate questions
• Clearly communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information
• Manage medical record requests, reminders, and routine administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized front desk and welcoming lobby environment
• Help support smooth communication between clients and the veterinary team
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction

• Previous veterinary reception experience
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing phones, appointments, payments, and client communications
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, compassionate, and welcoming approach to client service
• Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and support team members
• A positive attitude and commitment to contributing to a supportive team environment
