Responsibilities

→Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
→Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to messages promptly
→Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
→Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
→Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
→Support smooth patient flow through communication with doctors and technicians
→Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Accountability and reliability
Willingness to learn, grow, and support fellow team members
Ability to anticipate team needs and promote efficiency throughout the hospital
